Following the Beat, Libratone launches the Lounge AirPlay-enabled wireless speaker system for iPhone, iPad and iPod for the living room. The Lounge is driven by Apple’s AirPlay technology allowing users to stream music wirelessly from an iOS device or Mac/PC. While the Lounge can be placed anywhere, Libratone recommends you to put it under your TV set to put some spark into the clanky, metallic TV sound.
The Libratone Lounge features built-in Digital Signal Processing and Digital Amplification. It packs one 8-inch inverted woofer, two 4-inch ceramic mid-range and two 1-inch ribbon-based tweeter. All these drive units are independently amplified for a 150 Watt combined output. The speaker includes the FullRoom technology that reflects sound off the room’s walls to provide high quality 360 degree sound. The Lounge stems from a long line of Scandinavian design classics with minimalistic elegant and is finished in luxury cashmere wool. Other than AirPlay, the Lounge also offers 3.5mm input jack for connecting to your TV easily. Coming in September 2011, the Libratone Lounge will be priced at Euro 1199.

Along with the IdeaPad Tablet K1 targeted at general consumers, Lenovo is also bringing Android 3.1 to business, introducing the ThinkPad Tablet, a business-class tablet device that combines the media and entertainment experience of the IdeaPad Tablet K1 with the security, reliability and manageability features ThinkPad is known for.
To better accomodate business needs, Lenovo also brings the optional Keyboard Folio Case with the optical TrackPoint for the tablet for fast, comfortable and accurate typing and mouse control. Like the K1, the ThinkPad Tablet is powered by a NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor. It comes with a 10.1-inch 1280×800 multitouch IPS display with support for ThinkPad Tablet Pen input and Corning Gorilla glass, a 5 Megapixel main camera, a 2 Megapixel front camera for video chat, and 16GB/32GB/64GB internal storage.
Lenovo’s business tablet is available in WiFi-only and WiFi+3G models. It supports Bluetooth 2.0 and sports a 3-in-1 card reader, GPS/A-GPS support, accelerometer, gyroscope. You can find Mini HDMI output, a USB port, a micro USB port and a dock connector. The 16GB ThinkPad Tablet is priced at $479 without the digitizer pen, and at $509 including the digitizer pen, for Wi-Fi models. The 32GB ThinkPad Tablet (Wi-Fi model) with digitizer pen is $589. The optional keyboard portfolio carrying case is available for $99. It will be available for order in the US starting 2 August 2011.

While the Windows 7-powered Tablet P1 will come later this year, Lenovo will launch its IdeaPad Tablet K1 first, which is the first Android tablet certified to deliver Netflix video streaming. Powered by NVIDIA’s Tegra 2 T20 1.GHz dual-core processor, the K1 runs Android 3.1 Honeycomb OS with Lenovo’s custom UI and support for Adobe Flash Player 10.3. It comes preloaded with more than 40 apps from partners like Netflix, Amazon, Adobe, Electronic Arts, Rovio, Zinio, Dataviz, and others, including favorites like Need for Speed Shift, Angry Birds, Kindle reading app and Documents to Go.
The IdeaPad Tablet K1 has 1GB of DDR2 memory and 16GB/32GB/64GB SSD storage. It has a 10.1-inc 1280×800 capactive multitouch display, a 5 Megapixel main camera, a 2 Megapixel front camera for video chat, a mini HDMI output connector and a microSD card slot. The Honeycomb tablet supports Bluetooth, WiFi 802.11b/g/n and optional 3G. It measures just 13.3mm thick and weighs only 750g. The IdeaPad Tablet K1 has a 2-cell battery offering up to 10 hours of use. The 32GB model IdeaPad Tablet K1 is priced at $499, and can be ordered in the U.S. starting July 20, 2011.

Lenovo is going to release in Q4 this year its IdeaPad Tablet P1, a stylish tablet PC running Windows 7. With Windows 7 OS and measuring just 14.5mm thin and weighing less than 2lbs, the P1 offers portability, power and versatility for the office, in the home and on-the-go. Inside its compact body, there is an Intel 1.5GHz processor, 2GB of DDR2 memory, integrated HD graphics and up to 64GB SSD for storage.
The IdeaPad Tablet P1 has a 10.1-inch 1280×800 capacitive multitouch touchscreen with an optional stylus pen. It supports Bluetooth, Ethernet LAN, WiFi 802.11b/g/n and optional 3G connectivity. The tablet PC also sport a 2 Megapixel webcam, a microSD card slot, and built-in 1.5W speaker. It comes with a 2-cell battery that provides up to Lenovo’s IdeaPad Tablet P1 runs Windows 7 Home Premium and comes with Lenovo App Manager that lets you instantly switch from productivity to entertainment apps.
